Partners are rated by an evaluation matrix; the approved Rating is dependent on the questions answered and the written proof provided. All Partners adhere to our family declaration.
 
Guaranteed Deliveries
The New Global Web™ guarantees all deliveries by enforcing service agreements and accepting responsibility for services on The New Global Web. Service levels between Partners and Members are monitored through our call centre. Each constellation (Category) has timelines assigned to them, and if a partner does not respond to you within a given timeline, our call centre will follow it through on your behalf.

Included as part of your membership you receive an online account for all the Smartcash™ you will receive after each transaction made with our Partners. After you have concluded a transaction Smartcash™ is immediately credited to your online account you will then be able to purchase more products or services with your SmartCash™, and then receive SmartCash™ once again. Whether you have a domestic or international star ticket (membership type) will determine if you are able to transact locally or internationally.
